2. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage occurring after delivery (scratches, dents, stains, tears).
- Damage from moving or relocating the item within your home.
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, colour fading, or texture changes.
- Damage caused by humidity, sunlight exposure, heat, or cleaning chemicals.
- Damage from customer or third-party assembly, disassembly, or alterations.
- Natural variations in colour, grain, knots, texture, or fabric characteristics.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty request:
- Email clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Include a description of the problem and your order number.
- Allow access for inspection if required.
Our quality team will evaluate the claim and determine whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
4. Warranty Resolution
If approved, Home Canvas may take one of the following actions:
- Repair the defective part.
- Replace the defective part.
- Replace the full item if repair is not possible.
Refunds are not provided under warranty.
5. Management Authority
Warranty approval is subject to inspection and validation.
Home Canvas Management holds the final right to approve or decline any warranty claim based on verified assessment.
