Return & Refund Policy – The Home Canvas

At The Home Canvas, we want you to love the products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

• Items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Unwrapped or used bed linens, mattresses, pillows

• Assembled furniture (unless manufacturing defect is confirmed)

• Customized or made-to-order items

3. Return Process

1. Submit a return request by contacting our Customer Care team at contact@thehomecanvas.com.

2. Once approved, you may:

   • Schedule a pick-up (service fee may apply), or

   • Drop off the item at our designated return center/showroom.

3. Our team will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.

4. Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after product inspection.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery purchases, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

5. ⚠️ Restocking Fee (Important)

• If the item is returned unopened and in original condition, a restocking/collection fee of AED 100 or 10% of the item value (whichever is lower) may apply.

• If the item has been opened and a return is requested, it will be subject to management approval. A restocking fee will apply, and the amount will depend on the condition of the returned product.

• Returns due to personal preferences such as:

  • Size does not fit

  • Not happy with the color

  • Not satisfied with the finish of the item
    will also be subject to a restocking fee.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
