Delivery and assembly

Home Canvas – Delivery & Assembly Policy 

1. Delivery Timeline

For all orders within the city limits of any Emirate, delivery will be completed within a maximum of 4 working days.


2. Delivery Charges

We offer Free Delivery across all UAE for all standard orders.


3. Assembly Information

  • All Home Canvas products are designed for easy self-assembly and include a clear step-by-step assembly guide.

  • To keep our prices affordable, assembly service is not included by default.

  • If you prefer our team to assemble the product during delivery, you may add Assembly Service (AED 50) at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Drilling into walls or fixing any items to the wall is not included in the assembly service.

  • Drilling requires property modification; therefore, customers must arrange any wall-drilling or wall-mounting separately.

  • Our team will only perform standard assembly and will not handle any drilling, wall mounting, or tasks outside the scope of basic assembly.

  • If the customer requests such additional tasks from the delivery team and any damage occurs, Home Canvas will not be responsible for any damage to the product or property.


4. Damage or Issues During or After Delivery/Installation

  1. Deliveries and installations may be completed by Home Canvas staff or by third-party service providers.

  2. Customers must inspect:

    • All delivered items

    • Their premises (floors, walls, surrounding areas)

    • Any installation or assembly work
      immediately before the team leaves the site.

  3. Any damage to the product, property, or installation issues must be reported on the spot, at the time of service.

  4. Damage or issues reported after the team has left cannot be verified and therefore cannot be compensated or claimed.

  5. Any issues noticed during delivery or installation should be addressed directly with the delivery or installation team on-site. Home Canvas can provide their contact details if required.
